Role Overview

Unlike traditional building managers, the Community Manager acts as the architect of social cohesion within SATEL’s residential properties, curating experiences that transform neighbors into a unified community and rental agreements into preferred lifestyle choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a weekly calendar of community events catering to all resident demographics and age brackets across managed properties.
• Develop and manage specialized programming for families and children, encompassing educational, artistic, physical, and social activities.
• Personally reach out to every new resident within 72 hours of their move-in through a structured Welcome Program uniquely tailored to each community's character.
• Conduct monthly resident satisfaction surveys, convert feedback into actionable improvements, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams.
• Oversee a resident loyalty program designed to encourage lease renewals, including building partnerships with premium local brands as program supporters.
• Create genuine content from within the communities that enhances SATEL’s marketing efforts, positioning its properties as Riyadh’s leading residential choice.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess a sincere passion for fostering community and interpersonal relationships.
• Have experience in event coordination, community management, hospitality, or premium residential services.
• Comfortably engage with diverse groups including families with children, young professionals, and international residents.
• Exhibit creativity, enthusiasm, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Be fluent in both Arabic and English, utilizing both languages daily.
• Background in hospitality or premium residential community management is advantageous.
