We are recruiting a Community Host to support a prestigious banking client by maintaining a leading visitor experience and outstanding service standards. The Community Host is responsible for managing their designated area, proactively identifying and addressing issues, coordinating meeting room bookings, conducting floor inspections, onboarding new employees, and overseeing health and safety compliance. This dynamic role also includes opportunities to introduce creative and enjoyable activities that enhance the workplace environment, such as charity events and interactive engagements.
Working Hours and Salary
The position requires a 40-hour workweek, with an 8-hour daily shift scheduled between 7am and 6pm from Monday through Friday, including an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. The annual salary is £36,455.
