Role Description
The Community Coordinator position is a full-time, remote opportunity responsible for nurturing and maintaining an engaged, supportive, and well-informed community around Insight Genesis – IGAi's mission and platform. Responsibilities include managing digital community platforms, addressing member queries, facilitating meaningful discussions, and creating avenues for user feedback and collaboration.
- Organizing online events such as webinars and community meet-ups.
- Leading outreach efforts via social media and other communication channels.
- Developing relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
- Monitoring community engagement metrics and deriving insights from interactions.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance user experience.
- Maintaining proactive and consistent communication across community channels.
- Upholding inclusive and respectful interactions within the community.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven expertise in engaging and organizing inclusive, supportive user communities.
- Outstanding communication capabilities, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse digital audiences.
- Event planning and community outreach competence, with the ability to organize, promote, and host virtual or physical events effectively.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a remote work setting.
- Experience with online community management tools and social media platforms; background in technology, artificial intelligence, or impact-oriented organizations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and dedication to inclusivity and non-discriminatory principles.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in fields such as communications, social sciences, or marketing.
- Engage with the company's social media platforms actively as part of onboarding.
