About FiveStar Growth
FiveStar Growth is an emerging startup based in New Zealand, designed to assist local businesses in converting more walk-in customers into loyal repeat customers, enhancing their Google reviews, and fostering stronger client relationships through a digital loyalty platform. Our platform is currently active in Canterbury, and we are broadening our reach across multiple cities nationwide.
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and confident sales associates to act as representatives for FiveStar Growth within their local areas. This position offers a commission-based payment structure with the potential to earn 40% commission on every sale closed.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local businesses including cafés, restaurants, barbershops, salons, and other client-facing enterprises.
- Demonstrate the functionalities and benefits of the FiveStar Growth platform.
- Communicate how the platform aids businesses in increasing their recurring customers and improving Google review presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners.
- Successfully close new business customers within your designated region.
Candidate Profile
- Possess confidence in initiating and maintaining conversations with business owners and effectively locating potential clients.
- Exhibit resilience by persisting through objections and clearly showcasing the platform’s value.
- Be self-driven and focused on achieving measurable results.
- Hold an interest in startup environments, technological solutions, and business development.
- Have a strong desire to contribute to building a company in its early stages.
- While prior sales experience is beneficial, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn are prioritized, with full training provided.
