Position Overview

• Practice resource conservation in food, supplies, electricity, and water usage.
• Control food portion sizes and minimize waste to enhance profitability.
• Ensure all kitchen staff are informed about fire and safety protocols.
• Maintain consistent food quality for restaurant and banquet events.
• Assist with food inventory management when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred HACCP certification.
• Prior experience working in a food & beverage kitchen environment.
• Proficient spoken and written English skills.
• Additional language skills (particularly Italian) considered an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrate teamwork, and generate practical solutions.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
