Job Summary

We are urgently seeking male Commis cooks at various levels (Commi 1, 2, 3) to join our kitchen team. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience and minimum education of 10th grade (must be able to read and write) are eligible. The role involves preparing food, chopping ingredients, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting chefs, managing inventory, and ensuring quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation and ingredient cutting processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen workspace.
• Support chefs in their daily cooking activities.
• Adhere strictly to recipes and cooking procedures.
• Manage stock handling and kitchen inventory.
• Ensure the quality of food served meets the company's standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have completed at least 10th grade; reading and writing skills are mandatory.
• Minimum of one year of relevant kitchen experience.
• Only male applicants will be considered.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Work involves 9 hours of duty plus a 1-hour break, operating in rotational shifts.
• Salary range is from ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience.
