• During the first probation month, daily pay is ₹575, with a completion bonus bringing the total to ₹25,000.

• Employees receive a guaranteed 5% annual raise plus a possible performance-based increase up to 8%.
• The ₹30,000 monthly salary includes a ₹1,000 weekend attendance allowance for working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Salary is directly deposited by the 7th of each month.

• Minimum of three years experience working in a café or restaurant; freshers only accepted if they are hotel management graduates.
• Adherence to strict hygiene standards and compliance with kitchen standard operating procedures.
• Mandatory attendance on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• No mobile phones allowed in the kitchen area during working hours.
• Monthly performance evaluations will determine confirmation status and salary increments.
