Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes strictly following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards
• Organize Mise en place and prepare other accompanying items
• Support senior sushi chefs during food preparation and plating processes
• Uphold food safety and hygiene practices within the kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure outstanding culinary results

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience related to sushi preparation and cooking techniques
• Good understanding of Japanese cuisine and its specific cooking methods
• Excellent attention to detail with strong quality control focus
• Effective communication capabilities and teamwork mindset
• Ability to maintain performance in a high-paced kitchen setting
