Join Elders as a full-time Commercial Property Valuer, an ideal position for valuers aiming to expand their expertise within the commercial property sector across diverse asset types and client groups. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will receive all necessary resources and guidance to advance your valuation career.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform commercial property valuations adhering to best-practice methodologies and prepare detailed professional valuation reports.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders including major banks, government enterprises, private investors, and developers.
- Analyze current market data and property trends to ensure precision in valuation reporting.
- Ensure compliance with standards set by the Australian Property Institute (API), applicable legislation, and industry best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Certified Practicing Valuer accredited through API and/or RICS membership.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.
- Competent to work independently, managing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of producing top-quality professional reports.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
