Join a rapidly expanding international organisation based in Dublin as a Commercial Finance Development Analyst. This role is targeted at candidates with around two years' professional background looking to enhance their commercial finance expertise within a dynamic and fast-growing setting. The position combines structured financial development with opportunities to engage in strategic projects and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Generate detailed financial and commercial analyses catered to senior management.
- Examine business performance data, highlighting important trends and underlying factors.
- Support the preparation of management reports and business planning documents.
- Collaborate with finance peers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive business insights.
- Participate actively in commercial and strategic initiatives to support business growth.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial and business processes.
- Engage in a structured development program to gain comprehensive exposure across various finance functions.
Candidate Profile
- Approximately two years of professional experience in finance, fund accounting, audit, banking, financial services, or a related analytical field.
- Strong academic credentials evidencing capability and aptitude.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Commercially aware with a well-developed business mindset.
- Driven and eager to advance quickly within a growing enterprise environment.
- A professional accounting qualification is not a requirement for this role.
