Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Produce precise quotations, estimates, tender bids, and costings.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications to formulate manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and commercial teams to translate customer needs into commercially feasible manufacturing solutions.
• Maintain and develop cost models and improving estimating procedures.
• Assess manufacturing expenses and identify areas to enhance efficiency.
• Support contract evaluations and broader commercial operations.
• Analyze cost, sales, and operational data to aid in internal decision-making and boost business performance.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 3 years’ experience in estimation, costing, or commercial roles.
• Have a background in manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication sectors.
• Skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong in numerical analysis and analytical thinking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Attention to detail with effective organizational capabilities.
• Strong communicator able to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Exhibit a proactive mindset with eagerness for continuous learning and professional growth.
