Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated commercial plans covering all revenue sources such as Group, Conference and Events, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Spa to boost top-line growth and market share.
• Collaborate closely with General Managers and Finance teams to ensure commercial decisions align with revenue objectives, optimize sales costs, and achieve profit and margin targets.
• Supervise revenue management activities including pricing, rate setting, demand forecasting, and conducting business reviews to maximize income across all segments.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations efforts both on-property and regionally to strengthen brand positioning and stimulate demand.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor strategies to adapt commercial approaches proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Develop strong partnerships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and sustained commercial value.
