Job description
Position Summary
The Soaltee Hotels & Resorts is in search of an energetic and result-oriented Commercial Director to spearhead the commercial vision and performance of its properties across Nepal. This leadership role demands ownership of the overall commercial blueprint, driving revenue enhancement, elevating market standing, and securing profitability for the hotel group's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Director will provide cohesive leadership integrating Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital & E-commerce, Loyalty & CRM, and Central Reservations functions. Collaborating closely with corporate executives, General Managers, and property teams, this person will convert strategic business goals into effective action plans, reinforce brand visibility in pivotal markets, and cultivate a results-driven commercial team culture.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Deep industry expertise with 15 to 20 years in hospitality, emphasizing leadership in commercial operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital & E-commerce, and business development domains.
- Demonstrable senior-level commercial management experience within hotel groups handling multiple properties, spanning at least 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
