Job Description

As a member of the commercial development team, you will drive the growth of VORTEX EVENT TV by prospecting new clients and managing an existing portfolio. Your daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts in coordination with production and marketing teams. You ensure regular client follow-up, gather their needs, maintain relationship quality, and promote loyalty. Additionally, you will participate in industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. This full-time position is based onsite in Abidjan.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to assess client needs, commercial performance, and market trends.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to present offers, argue, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in business development, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing sales pipelines.
• Customer-focused orientation with active listening skills, dossier tracking, and managing satisfaction and complaints.
• A background in commerce, marketing, or communication; proficiency with office tools and CRM systems; knowledge of the media/event sector is a plus; teamwork ability and goal-orientation.
