Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of Commander based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing and managing battery charging zones to ensure seamless field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the charging areas for batteries and ensure their availability for ongoing operations.
- Coordinate logistics related to battery movement and timely replacement with field teams.
- Maintain accurate records of charging stations and prepare routine reports.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education level of 10th pass or Intermediate.
- Prior experience in field operations will be advantageous.
- Must be responsible and ready to work in outdoor field conditions.
Compensation and Incentives
- Fixed salary of 18,000 INR take-home pay per month.
- Additional monthly incentive of 2,000 INR.
