Master Tintas specializes in automotive paints and related aesthetics products including polishing, vitrification, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and automotive aesthetics. They operate a proprietary laboratory to ensure precise color matching, high-quality finishes, and professional results.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust automotive paint colors accurately.
• Measure and mix paints and pigments according to requirements.
• Conduct tests to verify and correct color tones.
• Organize and sort paints, pigments, and laboratory materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the laboratory environment.
• Support inventory control for laboratory products and supplies.
• Assist and serve customers with their color-related needs.

Relevant Background

Previous experience as a painter, color specialist, color designer, or painting technician may provide valuable skills relevant to this position.

Requirements

• Completion of high school education.
• No prior experience required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: 1750 BRL.
• Insalubrity allowance.
• Performance-based bonuses.
• Overtime pay.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Permanent full-time position, onsite.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
