We seek a skilled automotive professional eager to progress their career as a Collision Repair Estimator.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately evaluate and estimate vehicle repair costs.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure quality repairs within deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers, both electronically and face-to-face.
- Adhere to established repair methods and documented processes.
- Prioritize safety for yourself, colleagues, and customers in all activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in the automotive repair domain including repairs, refinishing, assembly, mechanical work, or dismantling.
- Strong literacy skills to follow documented repair guidelines accurately.
- Proficient computer skills and effective written communications.
- Ability to manage time effectively while encouraging and supporting the production team.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and a cooperative team player.
- Must hold full Australian work rights.
