This full-time position based in Dubai involves managing daily debt and cash collection activities. The Collections Specialist will communicate effectively with clients and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in debt and cash collection processes
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities coupled with excellent customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of financial principles and standard fiscal practices
- High attention to detail alongside strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
- Healthcare sector experience is advantageous
