Collections Officer

About the Role

Skyrise Credit and Marketing Ltd is currently recruiting enthusiastic and performance-driven Collection Officers to join its growing collections team. The role primarily involves managing short-term and payday loan collections within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-ups on overdue loan payments and pending EMIs to ensure timely recoveries.
• Maintain precise and updated records of customer information and payment statuses.
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries related to their repayment schedules.
• Liaise with internal recovery and operations departments to coordinate collection efforts efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and targets while performing telephonic and field collection activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Prior experience in loan collections is preferred, especially within short-term or payday loan segments.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to interact professionally with customers.
• Familiarity with repayment follow-up techniques and collection workflows.
• Comfortable working under target-driven conditions involving outreach via calls and field visits.
