This role involves making outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding debts, establishing structured repayment solutions, and managing account information accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to clients with overdue balances to facilitate recovery.
- Negotiate and arrange payment plans and settlements effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive call records and update payment commitments within the CRM database.
- Achieve or surpass prescribed daily call targets and monthly recovery goals.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to unpaid invoices and loan account statements.
- Adhere strictly to courteous phone conduct and comply with established legal standards for debt collection.
