Job description
Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Collection Telecaller, your primary duty will be to contact customers regarding their overdue payments and follow up regularly to facilitate timely repayments. You will be responsible for negotiating payment plans and securing Promises to Pay (PTP) from customers. Maintaining accurate records of customer calls and interactions in the system is essential to this role.
You are expected to meet targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while handling customer queries related to payment dues in a professional manner. Unresolved issues should be escalated promptly to the Team Leader. Strict compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and all applicable standards must be observed during all communications.
