Role Overview
As a Collection Team Leader based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the collections team within a dynamic environment. This position requires strong leadership to ensure the team meets performance metrics while maintaining compliance with relevant debt recovery regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily team briefings to allocate accounts and monitor progress and task completion.
- Provide targeted training to new agents and continuous coaching through individual performance reviews focused on enhancing skills for handling difficult customer interactions.
- Analyze daily management information system reports to evaluate recovery rates and provide comprehensive updates to senior management.
- Manage sensitive customer escalations ensuring adherence to debt collection laws and regulations while resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements

Compensation and Additional Information
