Role Overview
The Debt Recovery Team Leader is responsible for leading a group of collection agents to meet recovery targets, overseeing their performance, and ensuring adherence to legal and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team by setting daily and monthly collection goals, providing coaching, and assessing performance.
- Analyze overdue accounts and non-performing assets to optimize recovery strategies.
- Address challenging customer negotiations and settle complex payment disputes.
- Compile MIS reports detailing recovery outcomes, roll rates, and overall team productivity.
