Collection Team Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking a Collection Team Leader responsible for managing a group of collection executives focused on recovering outstanding payments efficiently. The role demands leadership capabilities to oversee daily operations and ensure targets are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of collection officers to drive payment collections.
• Ensure prompt retrieval of due payments from customers.
• Track and analyze daily performance and achievement against targets.
• Manage escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain detailed collection reports and monitor collection indicators.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Possess 6 months to 1 year experience in a team lead position.
• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Strong communication abilities in both English and Hindi languages.
• Fundamental leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in collections, preferably within NBFC sector.
• Proficient with Excel for data management.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet collection targets.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 25,000 to 30,000 INR.
