Job Overview
We are seeking immediate hires for the position of Collection Executive at Cimmons Integrated Services in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role primarily involves managing the collection process to ensure timely receipt of overdue payments from customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make contact with customers to remind and encourage payment of overdue balances.
- Keep track of accounts to pinpoint any outstanding debts requiring action.
- Provide regular updates and reports on collection efforts and status of accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six months proven experience as a Collections Specialist or in outbound sales.
- Basic communication skills in English and any one of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
Compensation
The offered salary is INR 18,500 per month in addition to incentives.
