Job Overview
We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join our team in Chennai, specifically in locations such as Tambaram, Avadi, Ambattur, Perambur, OMR, ECR, Thiruvottiyur, Egmore, and Parrys. This role involves field work to contact and recover outstanding loan amounts from clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to recover pending loan payments by visiting their locations.
- Accurately document interactions and ensure all records are updated to track progress.
- Meet and strive to exceed collection targets regularly.
- Provide detailed case feedback and status reports to management.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Candidates must be male.
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certificate is an additional advantage.
- Education qualification can be 10th pass, 12th pass, or any degree.
- Having a two-wheeler for commuting is preferable due to fieldwork requirements.
