Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers to collect overdue payments promptly.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payment receipt.
- Keep accurate records of all collection activities and provide daily reports.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns regarding payment issues.
- Work towards meeting the monthly collection targets set by the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be any graduate or have completed intermediate education.
- Either freshers or candidates with at least one year of experience in collection or recovery roles are eligible.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
