Collection Executive / Officer

Overview

Kamrion Ventures Private Limited is urgently seeking Collection Executives to manage domestic collections processes for clients including SBI, Bajaj Finserve, and NBFCs. The opportunity offers competitive monthly compensation and performance-based incentives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete collections workflow from initiation to closure for accounts associated with SBI, Bajaj Finserve, and NBFC clients.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns targeted at payment recovery and maintaining contact with delinquent accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through customer support and retention strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is compulsory.
• Previous experience in bank or NBFC collections or recovery is advantageous.
• Open to graduates and undergraduates alike.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi and English are needed.

Compensation & Incentives

• Monthly salary range from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, contingent on experience and certification.
• Additional earnings through performance-based incentives.

Walk-in interviews are scheduled between 5th and 10th October 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Kamrion Ventures' office in Gurugram, Haryana.
