About the Role
Esaf Small Finance Bank is seeking motivated individuals to fulfill the position of Customer Service Officer within its Micro Banking vertical. This opportunity welcomes freshers and requires a commitment to engaging directly with the bank's microfinance clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and form Sangams (Joint Liability Groups).
- Collaborate with Unit Managers to facilitate Sangam formation.
- Add new members to existing Sangams to strengthen group networks.
- Collect installment payments according to the predetermined schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports as required.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should be between 20 and 35 years of age.
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals with Plus Two or any degree qualifications.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
