Job Overview
We are seeking a Collection Executive / Officer in Mumbai who will be responsible for managing EMI collections and related bank payroll activities. The role includes customer communication and coordination with the team leader to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to recover pending EMI payments effectively
- Manage bank payroll processes as required
- Make reminder calls to customers regarding dues and payments
- Coordinate and report collection activities to the team leader promptly

Compensation
The salary package ranges from 15,000 to 23,000 INR per month.
