Collection Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Collection Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR and Jaipur regions. The role demands field visits to customers to recover payments on assigned accounts. The successful candidate will effectively follow up on overdue payments, maintain accurate collection records, and meet daily and monthly collection goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out customer visits to collect payments as per designated assignments.
• Actively follow up with clients regarding any outstanding or overdue payments.
• Document all collection activities and interactions with customers meticulously.
• Consistently achieve the set daily and monthly collection objectives.
• Professionally address and resolve customer queries related to collections.
• Prepare and submit reports detailing daily collections and field visits.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines governing collection procedures.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in collections or field sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication capabilities and skills for handling customers effectively.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferable.
• Familiarity with local geographical areas and routes is beneficial.
• Readiness to undertake work requiring field visits.
