Role Overview

The Coding and Robotics Instructor is tasked with delivering superior educational sessions at partner schools, making sure the program runs effectively and stakeholders remain engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all program activities within the scheduled timeframe.
• Conduct captivating lessons covering coding, robotics, and problem-solving frameworks.
• Teach basic programming concepts, algorithm design, and promote logical thought processes.
• Motivate student involvement in projects, hackathons, and robotics contests.
• Promote a learning atmosphere that encourages creativity, cooperation, and interactivity.
• Act as WizKlub's representative at assigned schools and comply with school schedules.
• Organize and plan sessions ahead to facilitate smooth program delivery.
• Keep detailed records of student attendance and progress.
• Prepare lesson plans thoughtfully before each session to assure clear instruction.
• Remain familiar with WizKlub’s curriculum, educational platforms, and related hardware.
• Complete all mandatory instructor training and certification courses.
• Maintain accurate documentation for attendance and session outcomes.
• Regularly update WizKlub and school representatives about program progress.
• Track student performance consistently and share monthly reports and progress cards with students and parents.
• Engage effectively with parents, school officials, and internal teams via meetings and events.
• Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings and conduct orientation sessions for newcomers.
• Represent WizKlub at school events, exhibitions, and competitions.
• Identify problems and escalate them for prompt solutions to maintain program quality.
• Support business development through enhanced student results and active engagement.

Compensation and Working Conditions

Salary for full-time instructors is ₹3.26 Lakhs per annum fixed plus an additional ₹24,000 as variable pay. Part-time instructors earn ₹20,000 monthly, amounting to ₹2.4 Lakhs annually. The standard working days for full-time roles are Monday through Saturday with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Part-time options require working four days per week.
