Responsibilities

• Maintain strict safety practices daily.
• Perform product quality coating and inspect coated products.
• Utilize basic measuring instruments like rulers for precise measurements.
• Accurately document, record, and track workflow and progress.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to developing new application techniques.
• Conduct self-inspection of your work and inspection of incoming materials.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues, leads, and management.
• Proactively pursue skill development and take on new responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; eligibility to work in the United States required.
• Basic proficiency in math, geometry, and mechanical concepts.
• Foundational skills in measurement and interpreting technical prints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to carefully handle application tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability.
• Effective teamwork skills with openness, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Self-driven motivation to advance and grow within the company.

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift 50 pounds or more as needed.
• Endurance for extensive standing and walking periods.
