About the Role
sportED seeks dedicated and skilled sports coaches to mentor young athletes through well-structured and motivating training programs. The position focuses on nurturing athletic abilities, enhancing fitness levels, coordinating competitive matches, and fostering values such as teamwork, discipline, and fair play.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic and interactive coaching sessions tailored for young sports enthusiasts.
- Develop and improve players’ skills, techniques, and overall physical condition.
- Organize and oversee competitive matches and practice games.
- Monitor and assess athlete progress consistently.
- Encourage a positive environment promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in sports coaching or competitive playing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, especially when working with children and youth.
- Coaching certifications will be considered advantageous.
Additional Information
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Monthly compensation ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
