CNC Programmer & Operator

Overview

We are seeking a CNC Programmer & Operator to join our team at our Manesar location (IMT Sector 7). The position involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce components meeting precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and input CNC programs based on engineering drawings and production needs.
• Prepare CNC machines by installing appropriate tooling, fixtures, and aligning workpieces accurately.
• Operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts ensuring all components meet specified tolerances.
• Adjust machine settings, manage offsets, and perform fundamental troubleshooting to maintain production flow.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and process documentation efficiently.
• Inspect initial production pieces and uphold consistent product quality during runs.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and comply with established quality and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and keep the workplace organized and clean.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging from 1 to 4 years in CNC programming, machine setup, fitting, and operation.
• Completed ITI certification in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or similar technical trade.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling requirements.
• Competent in reading engineering drawings and operating precision measuring tools such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Possesses basic troubleshooting capabilities and a strong commitment to maintaining product quality.
