Company Overview
NPD Engineering is a precision CNC and conventional machining firm located in Vasai East, Maharashtra. The company specializes in manufacturing precision machined components catering to industries such as automotive, industrial automation, textile machinery, pumps and valves, packaging, and pharmaceuticals.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and operate CNC turning programs on Fanuc control machines.
- Accurately machine parts as per engineering drawings.
- Perform operations such as threading, boring, and drilling.
- Conduct quality inspections using tools like vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machines daily.
- Meet daily production targets consistently.
Qualifications and Skills
- ITI or diploma in Mechanical, Production or equivalent field/experience.
- Mandatory experience in operating CNC turning machines.
- Proficient knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
