CNC Operator

Overview

We are seeking a competent CNC Machine Operator to become part of our expanding manufacturing division. This position entails setting up, running, and sustaining CNC machinery to manufacture precise, high-quality components. Candidates should have a sharp eye for detail, enthusiasm for precision machinery, and skills in reading technical blueprints.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machinery such as mills, lathes, or routers according to defined specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions accurately.
• Choose, mount, and calibrate tools, fixtures, and materials necessary for each task.
• Oversee machine functions, making needed adjustments to keep within precision tolerances.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and cleaning to ensure machine reliability.
• Use precision measurement instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect final parts.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, quality inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and engage with supervisors or maintenance personnel to resolve issues.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and maintain organized workstations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school education or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience operating CNC machines or in a related manufacturing capacity.
• Competent in reading and deciphering blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to maintaining product quality.
• Mechanical insight coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability and readiness to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused production setting.
• Must be a Saudi national residing in or near the city of Dammam.
