About the Company
Xelentra Business Solutions is recruiting for one of its prominent manufacturing clients based in Coimbatore, seeking skilled professionals to join their engineering team.
Position Overview
The CNC Operator Cum Programmer will be an integral part of the engineering department, involved in the development and production of innovative products using CNC machinery. This role requires expertise in both operating CNC machines and programming them to produce high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adjust CNC programs guided by technical blueprints and specifications.
- Set up CNC machines, including selecting and installing the necessary tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Operate CNC machines by following programmed instructions, continuously monitoring and adjusting for optimal performance.
- Perform inspections on finished components using precise measuring devices to certify compliance with quality norms.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues, making necessary corrections to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Keep detailed records of machine configurations, programming modifications, and daily production activities.
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure machinery remains in excellent working condition.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Educational background: B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma holders in any specialization are also eligible.
- Experience: Between 2 to 4 years working in CNC programming and operation roles.
- Age: Approximately 30 years preferred.
- Shift: Duty involves rotational shifts to accommodate production schedules.

- Location: Coimbatore - Sathy Road / Kovilpalayam area.
- Salary Range: Annual package between INR 350,000 to INR 450,000.
