Company Overview
STK Precision Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program and operate Hurco or Fanuc CNC milling machines. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, conducting inspections, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining quality and safety standards to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and set up Hurco or Fanuc CNC machines to prepare for milling operations.
- Operate CNC milling machines to fabricate parts precisely according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings to guarantee accurate machine setup and operation.
- Inspect raw materials and machine parts while following detailed work instructions.
- Perform in-process inspections and document results accurately on checklists.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines, tools, equipment, and workshop facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Plan and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines for projects.
- Maintain adherence to quality and safety regulations, including implementation of 5S practices.
- Carry out daily housekeeping to keep the workshop clean and orderly.
- Work autonomously with strong motivation, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Mastercam software to improve programming and design efficiency.
- Between 3 to 5 years experience in CNC machine setup or related machining roles.
