CNC Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent CNC Machine Operator to manage operations involving CNC, VMC, HMC, and other machining equipment in line with production demands. The role involves interpreting technical drawings and machining specifications to ensure precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC, Vertical, and Horizontal Machining Centers as per production directives.
• Interpret engineering blueprints, work instructions, and machining guidelines accurately.
• Handle machine loading and unloading, tool adjustments, and offset calibrations.
• Continuously monitor the machining process to produce components matching design parameters.
• Carry out inspections during machining using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
• Adhere to quality standards and established inspection protocols consistently.
• Detect defects, tool degradation, and machinery faults; promptly report these to supervisory personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and comply with safety regulations rigorously.
• Meet daily production goals aligned with scheduling requirements.
• Document production progress and inspection outcomes accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma, ITI, or similar technical qualifications preferred.
• Prior experience operating CNC, VMC, or HMC machines is advantageous.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and handling fundamental measuring equipment.
• Understanding of cutting tool usage, tool offset adjustments, and machining fundamentals.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome.
