CNC Lathe Operator (m/f/d)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Lathe Operator to join our team for full-time onsite work in Ebersbach an der Fils, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This role involves manufacturing custom parts and small series on CNC lathes, including programming and setting up the machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce special components and small batch series using CNC lathe machines.
• Program and adjust CNC lathes for production tasks.
• Work independently based on technical drawings.
• Perform dimensional inspections on manufactured parts.
• Conduct general testing and quality control activities.
• Ensure material flow is maintained and work deadlines are met.
• Carry out routine maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of operating equipment.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (Zerspanungsmechaniker), industrial mechanic, or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in metalworking and operating CNC-controlled machine tools, preferably with Traub TX8D control systems.
• Reliable, flexible, and dedicated work attitude.
• Good manual dexterity, sharp eye for detail, and strong quality awareness.
