About the Role

Join the MHL Hotel Collection, a prominent hospitality group in Ireland, as a Cluster Revenue Manager based at The Spencer Hotel, the central hub for revenue and reservations. You will be responsible for leading revenue management strategies across multiple prestigious properties, enhancing performance through innovative pricing and commercial initiatives to outpace the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to surpass budgeted targets for assigned hotels.
• Monitor booking trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions to quickly optimize revenue outcomes.
• Manage pricing strategies, distribution channels, and product mix to maximize net revenue.
• Collaborate closely with General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, and Reservations Managers to instill a strong revenue-driven culture in each property.
• Oversee group displacement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and detailed performance reporting with precision.
• Lead and mentor the cluster reservations team to ensure top-tier processes, systems, and service standards.

• Experienced hotel revenue management professional with commercial acumen and leadership capabilities.
