Position Overview

As a Cluster Manager at Axis Securities Limited, you will play a key role in training, supporting, and engaging branch personnel to boost channel acquisition metrics. The role involves close collaboration with bank personnel, including Cluster Heads, Branch Heads, and channel employees, to enhance performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to branch teams to increase channel acquisition figures.
• Collaborate closely with bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads to enhance employee productivity.
• Design and advocate for regular Rewards & Recognition initiatives aimed at increasing sales numbers within the bank network.
• Lead the bank channel team to meet branch and cluster sale targets, while also focusing on personal targets.
• Manage and handle teams specifically experienced in domains centered on performance targets and number chasing.
