- Oversee the creation, evaluation, and distribution of media materials such as press releases, media kits, executive messaging, speeches, statements, Q&As, fact sheets, and thought leadership content, consistently reflecting Rosewood's brand tone.
- Manage significant media events, influencer engagements, broadcast productions, executive interviews, and storytelling initiatives, ensuring remarkable experiences and impactful coverage.
- Support senior executives by preparing communications for interviews, briefings, talking points, media training, and strategic messaging frameworks.
- Guide PR agencies and outside partners to meet objectives, maximize measurable results, ensure brand conformity, and optimize ROI.
- Participate actively in crisis communications and reputation management by monitoring media sentiment, detecting risks, and assisting with response plans and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate across departments such as Sales & Marketing, Operations, Wellness, F&B, Experiences, Guest Relations, Corporate Communications, and destination teams to discover compelling stories and maintain consistent, compliant messaging.
Candidate Profile
- Innately curious storyteller with profound insight into how public relations, media interactions, and strategic communications affect brand image and reputation.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, destination marketing, or related upscale industries is preferred, with an understanding of high-end brand and audience expectations.
- Established media relationships across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, with confidence engaging journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers, and industry authorities.
- Exceptional communication skills, adapting writing style appropriately for media, executives, government parties, and luxury consumers while upholding brand consistency.
- Cultural sensitivity and deep knowledge of Saudi media, tourism, and government contexts, enabling careful navigation of sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, projects, priorities, and deadlines efficiently, maintaining composure and solution-oriented focus in dynamic settings.
- Poise in representing a luxury brand publicly, with demonstrated diplomacy and relationship-building skills for effective engagement with senior leaders, partners, and VIP guests.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
