Program Details

The Erada Internship, designed exclusively for Qatari Nationals, is a paid six-month program split into two segments: a one-month onboarding and skilling bootcamp followed by five months of practical on-the-job training as a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA). Participants will earn recognized technical and professional certifications, engage in mentoring, coaching, and hands-on assignments to develop in-depth cloud technology expertise.

Responsibilities

• Apply foundational knowledge of architectural IT solutions to satisfy business requirements and overcome technical challenges.
• Serve as the customer and partner advocate by gathering and communicating feedback concerning technical capabilities, issues, and insights to internal teams.
• Collaborate on technical solutions by proposing viable options based on specific products, and demonstrate these solutions through design sessions with customers or partners.
• Contribute to research initiatives and assist in evaluating customers' needs regarding intellectual property or process modifications.
• Engage in external technical communities and events to acquire and share knowledge with the internal team.
• Participate in discussions on architecture, resiliency, and technical optimizations to ensure well-designed production deployments that enhance customer business value.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or closely related fields.
• Must be a Qatari national legally authorized to work in Qatar.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Genuine passion for technology with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong abilities in stakeholder and relationship management involving senior leaders and partners.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Cloud certifications such as Azure and change management certifications like Prosci.
