Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking diligent and efficient staff/helpers for our cloud kitchen operations located in Kondapur, Manikonda, and Nanakramguda in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves managing order flow from popular platforms, preparing menu items with adherence to hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to orders received via Swiggy, Zomato, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure accurate packaging and timely dispatch of all orders.
- Coordinate effectively with delivery partners to facilitate efficient pickups.
- Prepare fruit custard bowls, juices, fruit bowls, and other menu items following standard recipes.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation and handling.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all orders before dispatch.
- Monitor daily stock levels for fruits, milk, containers, and packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory in stock tracking tools or manual sheets.
- Notify management promptly regarding low stock levels or expired inventory items.
- Keep the kitchen area and all equipment clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering preparation, packing, and safety protocols.
Compensation
This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,400.
