Close Protection Officer

Position Overview

An international organization with offices in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Dubai (UAE), and Jordan is hiring four full-time Close Protection Officers. This role entails no fixed operational location, requiring successful candidates to rotate regularly among these offices and undertake extended assignments based on operational requirements. The environment is low-risk, demanding exceptionally high professional standards focused on safeguarding the personal security of the Chairman and designated associates during their everyday activities and international travels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet personal protection and security services.
• Accompany the Chairman in daily schedules, meetings, events, and during international flights.
• Perform basic security and risk evaluations of venues and travel routes.
• Arrange and coordinate secure transportation.
• Maintain situational awareness and promptly address security concerns.
• Collaborate closely with security and personal support team members.
• Undertake regular travel among the organization’s four global offices.
• Uphold the strictest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and professional conduct.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in close protection, private security, military service, law enforcement, or related sectors.
• Fluency in English.
• Preferably completed formal close-protection or security training.
• Physically and operationally capable of performing essential role functions.
• Exhibit professional demeanor suitable for client-facing security positions.
• Demonstrate calmness, discipline, observation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Possess a valid passport and the capacity to secure visas, work permits, or necessary entry clearances for Switzerland, the UK, UAE, and Jordan.
• Fully available and willing to rotate between all four international sites.
• Flexible to frequent international travel and extended assignments abroad.
• Adaptable to work within a rotating team and align with international travel schedules.

Employment Terms and Benefits
