Responsibilities

• Distribute and track cloakroom tickets with precision.
• Store guests’ coats and bags securely and orderly.
• Efficiently and attentively return belongings to customers.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe workspace.
• Provide friendly and welcoming support during the night.
• Assist in ensuring a seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
