Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a field-based Clinical Sales Representative to act as the main commercial and clinical support figure for Jenscare's Structural Heart Interventional products within an assigned region in Saudi Arabia. This role involves promoting therapy adoption, supporting procedural cases, and fostering clinical confidence among interventional cardiologists, echocardiologists, and catheterization lab teams. The candidate should blend sales expertise with clinical experience in structural heart or interventional cardiology and be capable of effective presence in the cath lab while managing territory business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site, real-time clinical assistance during product implantations, including device setup, coordination of imaging guidance, and resolving procedural challenges.
- Train physicians, fellows, and cath lab personnel on device handling, implantation techniques, and procedural workflows such as transjugular access, anchoring strategies, and multi-angle delivery system adjustments.
- Assist in patient screening and anatomical assessments alongside heart teams, utilizing CT-based planning and interpreting 2D/3D transesophageal echocardiography where applicable.
- Record procedural data to ensure regulatory compliance, support quality control, and drive continual improvement.
- Act as liaison between the company and site investigators, research coordinators, and hospital management.
- Implement territory business plans to promote product use and meet commercial goals.
- Identify new accounts and expand existing utilization in coordination with the Country Manager.
- Participate in market development through educational programs, proctorships, and conference representation.
- Monitor competitors and provide market updates to internal teams.
- Oversee inventory management, case scheduling, and administrative reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in medical devices related to structural heart, interventional cardiology, or cardiac surgery, including clinical and sales duties.
- Hands-on involvement in transcatheter structural heart procedures like TAVI, TEER, or preferably TTVR.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, valvular diseases, and intraprocedural imaging techniques including 2D/3D TEE, fluoroscopy, and CT-based planning.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned area, including overnight and occasional international trips.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred qualifications include experience specifically in TTVR or tricuspid therapies, prior clinical trial support within the medical device sector, and fluency in local languages and English.
