About the Role
Get Smart Medical Company is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join their healthcare team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position involves conducting psychological evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and delivering therapeutic treatments to various patient groups including children, adolescents, and adults while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
- Assess emotional, behavioral, psychological, and developmental needs of patients.
- Create tailored treatment plans informed by assessment results.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological treatments and therapies.
- Track therapeutic outcomes and revise plans as needed.
- Keep precise, confidential clinical documentation and reports.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech therapists, and behavioral specialists.
- Communicate treatment information clearly to patients and their families.
- Engage in case reviews and cross-disciplinary meetings.
- Adhere strictly to professional, clinical, ethical, and organizational guidelines.
- Ensure patient privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Official registration and professional classification from the Saudi healthcare authority.
- Prior clinical experience in psychological diagnosis and therapy.
- Expertise with psychological assessment instruments and therapeutic methods grounded in evidence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and writing detailed reports.
- Capability to function effectively within a diverse healthcare team.
